Here is a system that is built to less than 1% variance in componentry and matching cables. With nothing left to chance, a pure and powerful sound is achieved.

The external settings on the crossover correct the speaker - room response for that speaker. Again, with absolutely no phase or frequency variance the "disappearance" of loudspeaker in the room is absolutely apparent, and musical delivery is sublime.

The XS II speaker is a 4-way design incorporating a rear ultra high tweeter and a front tweeter that is directly adjustable from the crossover unit. Mid / bass frequencies are directly adjustable from the amplifiers. We tested this system with a sine wave generator and there was no noticeable frequency dip from the extreme highs right down to 20Hz.

The 12" driver on this speaker is clearly capable of delivering bass more extended than what one would expect from 15" drivers. This speaker produces bass that not only quakes the room and everything in it but it has distortion levels that are so low, they are absolutely beyond criticism.
